Wanted: Nice Roommate for Shared Single Bedroom Apartment in Costa Mesa, California

This is a strange situation... I recently moved to the beautiful OC to find out that it is expensive as hell. I need a roommate to split the cost of a single bedroom apartment. The apartment is over 700 sq ft with a huge walk in closet. I only have a bed as furniture. Simplistic lifestyle could describe me. We could arrange having a bedroom in the living room so we have our own rooms. I do not have many things, but easily manage the day-to-day needs. No internet since I am waiting for the complex to install Time Warner in 2 months, but there is free wifi in the reading room. Again, simple lifestyle. Oh, my apartment complex is loaded with everything you could want including free yoga classes. Please look up xxxx Ave of the Arts Apartments. I work full-time as a Biomedical Engineer at Edwards. Other than that I enjoy reading, watching films, and eating. You would preferably be a working professional that does not mind sharing a single bedroom apartment. Someone who is kind, considerate, and understanding who understands the utmost importance of communication. I prefer a female roommate because I seem to get along better with the opposite sex.
